Below is the Terms of Service for commissioning me. Please note that by commissioning me you are agreeing to the below agreement.
What I can do, can't do, and won't do
I have limits to what I am able or willing to do. You'll want to check here to make sure your needs are in line with my skills!
What I offer
At various points in time I have different things on offer. Inside is a list of all options, though not all may be available at any given time.

Seasonal YCHs
During different seasons I have different YCH options available. These YCHs will only be available during certain times of the year, being retired until the season reopens.YCHs have their own TOS.Current seasonals: Christmas

Terms of Service
License- By commissioning me you are accepting that unless stated otherwise you are having work created for personal use only. You may not create merchandise, advertisements, or otherwise make use of my art to make profit without my express permission.
- If you would like to order commissions for commercial purposes, email me at [email protected] with an appropriate title to discuss a commercial license.
- I retain all rights to my work, including but not limited to distribution, reproduce, copy, and/or as a sample for sales and advertising purposes.
- Using my work in any way associated with NFTs, Blockchain, or other forms of crypto is expressly prohibited. No exceptions.
- You may not feed my art to any form of 'AI', generative or otherwise, without express written and signed permission.
- You may not claim my artwork as your own. It is your responsibility to credit me when appropriate.Payment- By commissioning me you are stating that you are at least 18 years of age or have express permission from your parents or guardians.
- Payment will be done either by invoice or by VGen. In the case of an invoice, I will send you the invoice with the appropriate payment information by paypal.
- Payment is due in full once I have confirmed a sketch with you. I will not continue work on your commission until the payment has been received.
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point in time for any reason. An appropriate refund will be issued in such a circumstance.
- Upon completion of the piece there will be no refunds (excluding those related to a missed deadline). If you have a problem with the finished piece, talk to me and we can probably work something out.
- In the event of a chargeback you lose all rights to the image and you are to remove the image from anywhere you have posted it or I will have the right to issue a DMCA takedown.
- By accepting these terms you are accepting that you are buying an INTANGIBLE GOOD which you will be receiving by the email you are receiving said invoice, or via the email connected to your VGen account.Deadlines- If you have a date the work has to be completed by you must tell me the precise date of the deadlin in your initial request. If you fail to communicate this deadline in the correct form before I have accepted the commission you waive any form of deadline requirements.
- If I accept a commission and am unable to complete it by the stated deadline I will offer either a cancellation with a partial refund based on how much I have completed, or I will offer a modest reimbursement with the finished piece based off of how far past the deadline the piece is completed.
- Estimated completion times are not deadlines. Estimated completion times are subject to change, as I am chronically ill.- I have the right to change this TOS at any point in time for any reason. Previous versions of this TOS will be archived with the dates they were both posted and modified.TOS updated: January 9th 2024.(Please note that VGen is preferred as it offers more safety to both the artist and the commissioner!)
What I can do, can't do, and won't do
I specialise in drawing cute girls, but I'm capable of drawing men just as easily, though my men do tend to have a more feminine look to them. I have a special place in my heart for people's Warriors of Light from FFXIV.What I can do:
- Original characters
- Fan art
- Fan characters
- Characters with animal ears
- Some pokemon and pokemon-like creatures
- Characters with very simple mechanical parts
- Organic scenery backgrounds
- Alluring images that don't cross into NSFW contentWhat I can't do:
- Animals
- Furries
- Mechs
- Hyper-muscular characters
- Cityscape backgrounds
- Heavy armourWhat I won't do:
- Images with sexual NSFW content
- Anything else that violates Paypal's TOS
- Images of minors put in intentionally kinky situations, even if they're SFW kinks, as such content makes me uncomfortable. Please don't try to get around this, even if you're sure you can.
My typical process is thus:1. I decide on a pose (tell me ahead of time if you'd like multiple poses to choose from so that I know if I should send you the results of this step first.)
2. I place the character details on the sketch
3. I send the sketch to the client for clearance to continue
4. Upon being paid in full I continue to work on the piece, inking, then colouring, and finishing with any last minute details.
5. I send the finished commission to the client.
What I offer
Chibis
- $50 USD per character
- No background by default
- Large legs/feet or small legs/feet
Fully Rendered
- $35 Headshots
- $55 Half Body
- $80 Full Body
- +Full-Price per extra character up to three characters
- Flat colour, simple shape, or white-outlined backgrounds are free. Other backgrounds will be priced based on difficulty.
- Each style starts from the top of the image and ends somewhere between there and the appropriate rung. For example a fullbody is anywhere between the halfbody rung and the fullbody rung and may not show feet if the pose is angled such.
Bust Icons
- $25 USD per individual icon
- +$5 USD per extra expression up to 5 extra expressions
- Backgrounds optional, transparent background files included by default
- Shading style limited to those in the examples above

This month we have Halloween options! All YCHs this month are $35 USD.#1 - Hello Homunculus!
In this YCH your character is popping out of a smoking cauldron. In addition to choosing the character, you'll be able to choose the colour of the cauldron and the smoke!#2 - Pumpkin Love!
Got a character who just REALLY loves pumpkins? Well this one is for you! You can pick the type of pumpkin. Field trip f1 Hybrid? Jarrahdale? Neon pink? It's up to you!#3 - Flyin' High!
